Paul Marchionda founded the full service land surveying and civil engineering company of Marchionda & Associates in December 1983. Over the past 23 years, Mr. Marchionda has successfully directed the firm, specializing in survey, design, permitting and construction phase service for large-scale residential, commercial and industrial land development projects throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Marchionda & Associates has demonstrated an unequaled ability to successfully design and permit even the most difficult projects in a cost and time efficient manner. The firm provides complete survey, design, permitting and construction phase services for both public and private clients throughout the New England states, including Beacon Skanska, USA, Marriott Corporation and Pulte Homes, to name a few.
