Eileen Scanlon


Eileen Scanlon is a career real estate professional with extensive experience in directing the on-site sales and marketing operations of high caliber new residential developments, with a strong emphasis on 55-and-older communities. Eileen has negotiated, secured and supervised over $140 million dollars in new home and land sales on behalf of New England development companies since 1986. A proactive leader and team builder, she has a reputation for service and follow through, maintaining strong client and colleague relationships in the ever changing real estate marketplace.

Prior to joining The Village at West Gloucester, Eileen was Sales Director for Abbott Homes, where she launched and directed the sales and marketing effort for new construction condominium communities in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In the past, she has been associated with premier regional and national development and marketing companies such as The Green Company, Pulte Homes/Del Webb at The Pinehills, Northland Residential Corporation, The Collaborative Companies and Windover Development.

Over the years, Eileen has earned national recognition as a multiple Million Dollar Circle Award winner; she was also named 1987 Rookie of the Year and 1989 Sales Person of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders' Sales and Marketing Council.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY Oneonta; has earned the CSP, Certified New Homes Sales Professional designation; is a member of the 50+ New England Housing Council; and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
